The Aging in New York Fund, the nonprofit partner of the NYC Department for the Aging, has released an unfunded request for applications from agencies wishing to be part of the initial development of a new management services organization. One of DFTA’s current strategic objectives is to build infrastructure to ensure that its network of service providers are included in the ongoing transformation of the health care system. Reflecting this priority, ANYF is seeking agencies with organizational capacity to join the MSO in building a standardized set of health promotion services and seamless administrative processes to facilitate contracting with healthcare payers and collaborating with other healthcare providers. A link to the application can be found at the bottom of this page. Applications are due no later than November 16, 2016. Questions about the application may be addressed to Chris Langston, Vice President of HealthCare Services at ANYF Chris@ANYF.org.
